Proessional Presentation exploring the history, application and value of organic farming and production pratices in the winemaking process.  With 30 years of wine industry experience as a wine steward, restaurant manager and wine distributor manager Dan Vogel reveals the fun of exploring wine in general while illustrating the nuances  of sensing organic components in wine. Seminar is provided for up to 25 people and features six to eight wines ( wine purchases charged additionally) and presented at the location of your choice. Four week lead time required.
