With SET – Structural Energetic Therapy® we will begin with Cranial/Structural therapy to initiate a release of the body’s holding patterns, and there by begin rebalancing.
At this time the clients body begins to unwind. This often releases enough tension to noticeably reduce spasms and pain symptoms preparing the soft tissue for more extensive work.
Consider it this way; if you were a car with a bent frame, we could fix all your dents, dings and give you a new paint job but until we straighten out the frame, you will never run like your old self again.
Once we have the structure on its way to health, we begin to help it continue on it’s way by releasing the muscle patterns that have built around it over time. Life has given us all twists and turns and our body has absorbed many of them and holds them tight. SET will give you release of these and the pain that accompanies them.
