This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 4 days and 3 nights of accommodations at the Starfish Resort located in Trelawny, Jamaica. All-inclusive property includes all meals, beverages, gratuities and non-motorized activities. A credit card is required upon check in. 

At the time of booking your reservations a US $169 per person reservation and processing fee, double occupancy, is required and payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. Resort accommodations are year round, subject to availability and a 60-day advance notice. Reservations made less than 60 days in advance are accepted based on availability and subject to a $50 surcharge. Reservations made from Dec. 21st to May 1st require a $49 per person seasonal surcharge. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Additional travelers and extra nights are available for a surcharge at time of booking. Transportation, transfers, hotel taxes, and other non-accommodation expenses are not included. Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge. Jamaica is a foreign country and travelers are required to have a valid passport.
