Summer Special!  This condo is available for a LOW PRICE OF $150 per night between July 1st to august 10th with a 3 night minimum stay.  Stay for a week or more and enjoy more savings!   Enjoy Westgate's largest fully furnished vacation condo in Glendale Arizona available on barter, for hockey, concerts and other special events.  We offer 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 queen beds, fully furnished and much more!  Walk to the Westgate area for fine dining, shopping, movies and nightlife, and go to a coyotes hockey game! During the fall and winter months, rates start at $1200 per week during non sporting events.  We treat you just as a cash customer with the same rates and pampering but at this time, we currently are not accepting any barter during the football weekends.  $100 cleaning fee is required and can be paid by paypal or check.  $300 fully refundable deposit is required along with a seasonal lease agreement to reserve dates for the condo.  Condo is currently booked most dates in January until April.
