In 1997, Tas Demos and Gede Barone left their Big 4 accounting firms to start this company, with the vision of making the “Big 4 Expertise” accessible to clients of all sizes. From its founding days, clients have enjoyed the levels of expertise and advice that one would expect from a blue-chip accounting company but with the extra benefit of having a trusted partner to look after them, who has their best interests at heart. The BDH Leaders model is built on efficiency, providing value to clients. The BDH Leaders team currently consists of 36 staff, including 4 partners. Growth over the years is attributed to building strong relationships with clients, delivering results, acquisitions and employing staff with the right ethos.
