All Levels Yoga: This class is appropriate for any level of ability. This class has less introductory/philosophy discourse about yoga, which is covered in the basics class. In all levels, the primary focus is on the refinement of whatever level of ability you are currently at. Class packages also available. Basics Yoga: Focus is on increasing flexibility through stretching poses, breath work, posture/alignment, and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Buddha Heart Meditation: Incorporates body, speech, and mind; Chanting, Silent Meditation, Qi Gong, Kai Gong. There is no charge for this class, but donations are greatly appreciated. Chakra Balancing: Energy clearing technique similar to reiki. Core Conditioning: Abdominal strength training class with mat pilates influence. Flow Yoga (Vinyasa Yoga): Exploration of various yoga poses to help you gain strength and balance through inversion and balance poses.
