Polo Towers is one of the only timeshare properties located on the Las Vegas strip.  It is situated next to the MGM Grand and on a diagonal from the Bellagio. For a one week rental, I am asking $799 (the maintenance fee); purchasers would have to select a week of interest, then I would reserve the week (subject to availability); then we could process the transaction.  It is relatively easy to secure a week with a couple of months notice.

Alternatively, we are willing to part with the timeshare via a sale for $1,999.  I have all of the supporting documents showing that we hold clear title. Maintenance fees are paid for 2012 and the purchaser would get to stay the one week for 2012 before paying their first maintenance fee in December 2012 for 2013.
